...for me this means not looking at individual concerns, problems or questions in isolation and removed from the context. In counseling sessions, I will therefore primarily ask you a lot of open questions that take the context into account and sometimes also question previous supposed immutability.
....for me that means looking forward in counseling, coaching and supervision. Instead of asking, "How could things have turned out this way? Why did the situation become this way?" I prefer to focus on questions of the following type: "How can things continue from here? Where do I actually want to go?".
Anyone can take advantage of counseling. Private or professional topics can be addressed.
Coaching is aimed primarily at specialists or managers; professional questions and topics are addressed. Coaching is often used when “freshly minted managers” take up a new leadership position or by experienced managers when certain challenges or topics are of particular importance.
Systemic Supervision is a service for groups or teams. Dealing with your own clients or patients, colleagues or customers can be reflected on in this context.
