I offer counseling for individuals, coaching for specialists and managers and systemic supervision for groups and teams using solution-focused and systemic methods - in Koblenz, Germany and the surrounding area or online.
An appreciative, impartial attitude, a healthy dose of curiosity and humor, and an encounter at eye level are particularly important to me.
I mostly enjoy working with women in leadership positions as well as working with teams in psychological and psychiatric fields.
